The Oracle

How a record is made, and the state of every determination, live. The public sees the pipeline; the controls stay with the registry.

How a record is made

1 · EVIDENCEThe facility's dataMeter readings, the utility's portal export, inverter telemetry, an irradiance model, a site visit. Each is a trust layer; a record says which it rests on.
2 · DETERMINATIONThe OracleOne facility, one interval, one figure in MWh, with its margin of error, under the published methodology. The determination is hashed; the hash is what gets signed.
3 · SIGNATURESThree independent handsThe Owner or Operator, an Independent Verifier, and the Registry each sign the hash with a key only they hold. Three different keys, or it fails.
4 · THE PLATEOn the ledgerThe record joins its jurisdiction's ledger, chained to the entry before it, and appears on the front page as a certificate of record. From then on it cannot be changed, only corrected in the open.

Nothing here is a record until all three have signed and the registry has posted it. Contact details of signers are never shown or stored on the chain.
